The AuditGard is a
multi-user electronic combination lock that provides superior access control.
The lock can be programmed with a controller, a manager and eight user codes. The AuditGard has a 512 event audit with time and date stamp. Other programmable features include combination code plus E-Key, Dual Combination, Time Delay, Time Delay Override (User 9), Silent Alarm, and Remote Signal Override to disable the lock. The AuditGard electronic lock series was designed to increase accountability in commercial, retail and financial safe locking.
The LA GARD Audit Setup Software has a user-friendly interface, which allows the lock to be configured directly from a PC. Software features include the ability to vary combination lengths, user activation, lock mode selection, external signal mode selection and the setting of time delay values. The LG-View Auditing Software is an essential tool for loss prevention and is used to retrieve the audit trail from the lock. It has a searchable audit trail with time and date stamp which provides knowledge of who accessed the lock and when.

Audit Trail
Utilising the LA GARD View Software, the last 512 events are captured with date and time stamp. This can then be extracted to a PC.
Users
Up to 9 different opening codes; 1 manager and 8 users. The manager maintains control of the other users and can add or remove users as required. Can be set up as a three level management system – with the control code able to add and remove the manager when required.
Time Delay Override Mode
A time delay override code can be enabled to allow immediate access for an authorised user such as a cash carrier.
Time Delay
Entering a valid combination starts the delay period which can be programmed from 1 to 99 minutes. If a staff member is under duress this feature is designed to prevent the lock from being opened immediately. Used together with appropriate business signage time delay is a widely used deterrent against theft.
Wrong Try Penalty
Attempting to guess the combination more than 4 times will render the lock inactive for a period of 5 minutes.
Duress Alarm
Duress alarm (silent alarm) if enabled can interface with an alarm panel by an interface box. The user can trigger a duress alarm while still opening the safe, allowing the authorities to be alerted without alerting the criminal. Alternatively, a duress interface can be used to remotely lockout the safe by your alarm provider.
Low Battery Signal
Repeated LED flashing and beeping during opening indicates battery is low and needs replacement.
Dual Code
Requires the use of two valid combinations to open the lock. A security feature that allows two present users to open the lock.
Combination Code Plus E-Key
Can be used with combination only to open, or combination and E-Key (Dallas Key). The E-Key provides double security on sites where code sharing is a problem, as the lock cannot be opened without the physical presence of the key (optional).
Remote override Signal / Signal to Disable Lock
Input signal to the Alarm Box will disable opening of the lock by a valid combination or disable all lock functions.
